~so now we have a rip off wanna-be graphic artist who has stolen artwork and intellectual properties. they are 4 losers and a fake ass web rip off named samuel tucker. this douche has taken artwork and designs as well as our concept and name... examples the "rig" and "SM" and sister morphine nun and angel designs and used them without the permission of emeraldcityrecords.com which owns the rights to sister morphine. the rights being the name itself as well as the artworks generated for promotional materials such as cd and album cover art, backdrops and flyer artwork as well as artwork uploaded to deviant art, myspace, facebook etc. along with a ticket link selling tickets through TICKETMASTER for a club called PHANTASY NITE CLUB. all this plagiarism has been done on purpose knowing full well they are stealing from the real artist "sister morphine" from the late 80's... if you look you'll see a bogus myspace page... complete with our name and artworks but with photos of a bunch of leeches who are NOT sister morphine and NEVER will be sister morphine. the guitarist in the band who's name is chris hinegardner has been informed to stop and remove all sister morphine artifacts from his web and social networking entities... the same goes for the graphic thief samuel tucker of cleveland webs. mr. tucker thinks he's fooling people by ripping off graphics and trying to lay claim to them. well the band in question was around in the 80's and has been defunct since 1992. even though they no longer function as a current band the name and it's properties belong to my record label, emerald city records of hollywood.
